    Over than that, Prent also provide Shredder machine to destroy rejected finished goods after that will be recycle and turn to be raw material again. So, it will gain the profit because of the technology saving that not waste the cost of rejected finished goods. 

Material Return 

Once QA confirmed material rejected, purchaser will coordinate to supplier disposition of the rejected material and arranged material return to the supplier as below time frame :

                  1)Local Supplier - within 2 weeks after SCAR acknowledge by supplier

                  2)Oversea supplier- within 1 month after SCAR acknowledge by supplier

Finished Goods rejected due to the raw materials

Finished goods rejected confirmed due to raw materials will be claimed back to supplier if the reject rate is more than 0.50% of the total quantity received. Rejected finished goods part will be disposed t Prent's premises. Unless there is acceptation case and approved from General Manager. Based on the picture given, finished goods rejected due to the raw materials are in the left red line side.
